Romen began sailing at the age of 7, learning the ropes in an Optimist on inland waters, on the Rhine River. Far from the vast open seas. It was his father who passed on his passion for sailing to him. Coming from a Franco-Spanish background, Romen is a sailor with a calm and reserved temperament on land, but who reveals himself as a fierce competitor and determined once on the water.
"The Passion Santé project is not just about competition - The Solitaire du Figaro - but above all, it is about a cause embraced by individuals united around common values. The project was developed gradually with the Trans-Forme association, which places sport at the heart of its action, and the relationship naturally evolved with GBNA Polycliniques, whose mission aligns perfectly with this cause."
